The investigation into the initial scheme began by working at 3 separate scales. These studies acted as extensions to the research and experimentation completed in the iterations and served as jumping off points for more detailed design for 3.2.
The programme for each of the buildings corresponds to the original project drivers, with each building specialising in one in particular.
imagining the entrance to the workshop space, and how the tile pattern could be applied to help introduce the spaces in each building - applying their repetitive nature as a motif throughout the three different buildings.
